Smart Commercial Solar participated in a competitive process with two other solar companies. An independent energy consultant looked at each companies offer and made recommendations based on the entire offering, not just price.

Smart’s experience in complex installations with attention to safety procedures was made evident in the accuracy of the system cost.
 
Included services such as Energy Bill Management, Power Factor Correction and Performance Guarantee were highly valued.
 
The Smart installation team took great care in avoiding down time for the site, the project went ahead smoothly with no disruption to residents.
 
All applications and council certificates were managed by Smart project managers on behalf of CBCS, making the entire process streamline.
